Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transactions Services Counsel, an
experienced attorney for a remote opportunity in the financial
services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with legal teams and internal functions to facilitate
new product flow
Draft customer contract templates and negotiate agreements with
customers, vendors, and partner banks
Work closely with product and regulatory counsel
Required Qualifications
Substantial experience in contract template drafting and
negotiation
Experience in the regulated financial sector is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in good standing
Ability to work full-time (35 hrs/wk) remotely
