Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to oversee
financial compliance and operations across international
entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports ensuring
compliance with regulations
Maintain adherence to accounting standards including US GAAP and
IFRS
Inspire and guide the Accounting team while optimizing financial
processes and controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with
an active CPA license
At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including
leadership roles
Background in Big 4 Accounting and expertise in European financial
operations
Experience in the SaaS industry and involvement in business
exits
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and proficiency in financial
software tools like NetSuite
