Job Description:
A company is looking for an Observability Lead to manage their
Observability SRE team and drive the development of a unified
observability platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers while developing team
growth plans
Collaborate with engineers to implement best practices in
observability and DevOps
Lead the development of a unified observability platform and ensure
efficient tool integration
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field,
or equivalent experience
8+ years in Information Technology, with 5+ years in customer
relationship management or portfolio strategy
3+ years of leadership experience managing IT teams and driving
technical initiatives
Proven experience managing high-performance teams and complex
technical projects
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution within
IT management
