• Get weekends offMaintenance Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
• Perform diagnostics on a variety of small engines to identify mechanical issues.
• Repair and maintain small engines, including lawnmowers, chainsaws, generators, and other equipment.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately with a quick turnaround time.
• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
• Communicate with customers or team members about repair status and recommendations.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.Maintenance Shift Info
• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Monday - FridayMaintenance Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
• Small engine mechanic experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques for small engines.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment as required.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner and any warning signs of problems are not overlooked
• Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
• Able to pass a background check
