Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS Systems
(Workday).
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and drive functionality of the HCM system, understanding
the needs of HR, Payroll, IT, and management
Lead system-related projects and initiatives, coordinating with
functional and technical staff for successful implementation
Support Workday users by troubleshooting issues, creating reports,
and developing training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Information Systems, or related field
5 years of progressive and relevant Workday HCM experience
Experience leading and managing teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel
functions
Demonstrated experience as a system owner for an international
company with over 2,000 users
