Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director for Oncology
Navigation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee interdisciplinary case conferences and provide clinical
oversight for complex member care
Iterate and scale the electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO)
program to enhance member-centered outcomes
Collaborate with external partners to optimize workflows and ensure
effective care coordination
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5 years post-training clinical experience, with at least
2 years in oncology care
Fellowship training and board certification in Oncology
preferred
Unrestricted medical license with a willingness to obtain
additional state licenses
Experience with electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO)
implementation is a plus
Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including virtual
care platforms
