Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources
Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HRIS team and oversee the functional side of Workday,
ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Set the strategic vision and roadmap for HR systems, collaborating
with HR and IT on system requirements and enhancements
Lead functional projects focused on automation and process
improvements while providing guidance to HRIS Analysts
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of HRIS
experience, with relevant experience considered in lieu of
education
10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across
various modules
Leadership experience in change management, mentoring, and team
development
Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system
design and configuration
Experience leading system-related projects and managing multiple
priorities and deadlines
