Job Description:
A company is looking for an SEC Reporting Manager to oversee
compliance and SEC reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and file all required SEC reports, including Forms 10-K,
10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements
Coordinate the review of SEC filings with external auditors, legal
counsel, accounting staff, and executive management
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls over financial
reporting (ICFR) in accordance with SOX requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of financial reporting experience in a publicly
traded company
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX
compliance
Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office
Suite
