Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement -
Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of enablement partners supporting Customer Success
teams through recruitment, coaching, and mentoring
Set the global strategy for stakeholder engagement and define
operational swimlanes within GTM enablement
Own relationships with senior executives to ensure alignment of
enablement efforts with business needs and demonstrate ROI
Required Qualifications:
More than 3 years of experience in Customer Success and Training or
Enablement
Over 3 years of management experience in Customer Success or
Enablement
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing
priorities
Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and
coach team members for performance improvement
