Senior Manager, Finance - Operations (Vivint LLC (f/k/a Vivint,
Inc.), Provo, UT)

Act as Finance Business Partner to Head of Field Operations and
Head Service Revenue. Lead FP&A team providing business
performance management support to organization of 3K employees
servicing 2M customers and completing over 1M workorders annually.
Own P&L, creation of annual budget, monthly forecasts and KPIs
and lead ongoing initiatives review with business leaders. Use
strong communication skills (written and verbal) to partner with
business leaders in making strategic decisions that drive revenue
growth while reducing service costs, improving service levels,
reducing attrition, and increasing customer lifetime value.
Evaluate profitability and unit of one analysis of new products
through various sales channels. Initiate cost reduction projects
and drive improved business processes. Manage complex spend
allocation methodologies and analysis for multiple business units
to drive performance. Own financial reporting and preparation of
PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership. Complete variance
analysis, excel modeling on trends, forecasts, business
performance, risks, and opportunities. Complete ad hoc analysis to
support key stakeholder initiatives. Domestic travel required up to
10% of the time. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not
telecommuting, must report to 4931 N 300 W, Provo, UT 84604.
Salary: $101,046 - $124,800 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in
Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration,
or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as
Finance Manager, Treasury Manager, or any occupation/position/job
title involving financial reporting, planning and modeling.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the
employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in
Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration,
or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as
Finance Manager, Treasury Manager, or any occupation/position/job
title involving accounting or financial planning and analysis.
Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional
experience building financial models and analyzing financial data;
3 years of professional experience in budgeting, forecasting and
related variance analysis; 3 years of professional experience in
financial management reporting and building presentations; 3 years
of professional experience utilizing generally accepted accounting
principles (GAAP)including understanding of financial statements
structure and flow, and preparation of journal
entries; 3 years of professional experience using Microsoft Excel
and PowerPoint; and 3 years of professional experience utilizing
accounting, reporting and planning software tools.
