A company is looking for a Director of Project Management to
ensure the success of client and internal projects while driving
team performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize project operations and implement best practices across
teams
Oversee staffing decisions and manage select strategic accounts for
excellent client experience
Gather client feedback and identify growth opportunities to share
with sales
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency
environment
Experience leading and mentoring team members with a human-centered
approach
Proven ability to allocate resources efficiently and manage
multiple digital projects
Strong understanding of current digital technologies and
workflows
Experience in strategic account management and growing client
relationships
