Job Description:
A company is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for a fully
remote position in WI, MN, and IA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-demand acute care and scheduled primary care
Educate patients on treatments and care plans, managing follow-ups
for chronic care
Collaborate with clinical team members to develop clinical
guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of post-residency work experience
State licenses in WI, MN, IA, and IMLC preferred
Board-Certified Family Medicine physician
Experience in primary care and behavioral health
Prior experience with EPIC EMR and telemedicine
