Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide
customer support for SQL Virtual Machines, Managed Instances, and
SQL Arc.
Key Responsibilities
Review and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring clear
communication throughout the process
Implement readiness programs and mentor other Technical Support
Engineers
Provide feedback for product improvement and develop automation
techniques for enhanced support effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience, or a
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of
experience
Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the
Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions for
government agency customers
Microsoft Technology Certifications are preferred
Experience with Azure and SQL skills related to backup, recovery,
and high availability
