Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements related to
software licensing and distribution
Provide legal advice on GDPR and data protection matters for
licensing and SaaS transactions
Develop and deliver training on compliance, risk management, and
contracting practices
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience as an attorney with significant law firm and in-house
experience in commercial contract negotiation
Minimum of one to two years' experience as an in-house attorney at
a technology company
Experience in drafting and negotiating software contracts and
distribution agreements
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Commercial acumen with a focus on business-oriented outcomes
