Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist responsible
for managing the foreclosure process and ensuring compliance with
laws and investor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor attorney performance and manage system activities
throughout the foreclosure process
Collaborate with the legal team on escalated matters and maintain
relationships with vendors and sub-servicers
Review and execute legal documents related to foreclosure and
propose new processes for implementation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience with knowledge of
foreclosure processes
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
Ability to manage a pipeline independently and effectively pace
work
General knowledge of loss mitigation and default servicing
processes is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
