Job Description:

A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to lead email and SMS campaign efforts and provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with brand marketing to create targeted channel execution strategies
Manage the end-to-end process of email and SMS campaign creation and execution
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
1-3 years of relevant CRM work experience
Familiarity with email/SMS and analytics tools is a plus
HTML and CSS email coding experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
