Job Description:

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and claimants

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily injury claim evaluations preferred
Experience handling Texas casualty claims is preferred
Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of innovative tools for effective claims evaluation
