Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning or experiential marketing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
