Senior Researcher in Evaluation

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Institutions and Communities.

Key Responsibilities

Support evaluation projects related to emergency preparedness, disaster resilience, public safety, and elections administration
Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of evaluation research using various methodologies
Prepare written products summarizing research methods, findings, and recommendations for clients

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree (Doctoral preferred) in a relevant social science field
Minimum of 10 years of applied experience in research and evaluation projects
Understanding of statistics, econometrics, and quantitative methodology
Proficient in statistical analysis software (STATA preferred, R, Python, or SPSS)
Experience in data management and analysis using MS Excel
