Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing Solution Specialist to
develop sourcing and procurement solutions for various industry
verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Create end-to-end sourcing solutions for new business deals,
account expansions, and renewals
Deliver market and operational intelligence to support sourcing
strategies and client needs
Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and manage supplier
relationships and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of strategic sourcing or
related experience
Experience in project management and business transitions is
preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong analytical ability and proven leadership skills in a
decentralized environment
Ability to establish relationships with legal and risk management
teams
