visionary Head of UX/UI to lead the global vision and
transformation of our software and user experience into a unified,
customer-first, surprise and delight platform. This role involves
leading a team of talented designers and developing and executing a
comprehensive UX strategy that enhances partner satisfaction and
aligns with our business objectives. You will oversee the
integration of our tech stack-including PXM, Creators, Shelf, and
Predict-into a unified, Pattern-branded platform, while managing
and mentoring a team of UX/UI professionals to deliver world-class
design solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you
will ensure UX initiatives are seamlessly integrated into our
business strategy, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Based in Lehi, Utah, with a hybrid work schedule, your work will
influence the strategic direction of Pattern's SaaS offerings,
positioning us as a leader in ecommerce acceleration. This role
reports into the GM of Pattern SaaS and will work closely with the
VP of Product for SaaS, the Pattern brand team (under Pattern's
Chief Marketing Officer), and the broader product and technology
leaders, including Pattern's CEO.Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is

- Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that enhances
partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
sales, brand management, and product, to align UX initiatives with
business goals.
- Gain deep insights into partner needs and values, defining the
problems Pattern helps solve and ideating new solutions.
- Lead the design of a consolidated tech stack, integrating
Predict, Current, PXM, and Shelf into a singular Pattern-branded
platform.

improvement, ensuring consistency of the Pattern brand across all
touchpoints.
- Develop self-service experiences to streamline information
exchange and automate partner onboarding processes.
- Influence deal expansion strategies and customer marketing
programs, facilitating brand focus groups to improve partner Net
Promoter Score.What will I need to thrive in this role?
- 10+ years of proven experience in UX leadership roles,
preferably within a SaaS environment.
- A balance of strategic leadership with hands-on design work,
serving as a "player-coach" who can both manage a team and
contribute directly to design projects.
- Passion for creating delightful, frictionless user experiences
that transform complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly
interactions.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and
methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing UX strategies that
drive business growth.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions
and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design,
Psychology, or a related field.What does high performance look
