Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analytics Senior Consultant II
to transform complex data into actionable insights through
dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR and talent-related data to uncover insights aligned with
business goals
Partner with stakeholders to define key KPIs and measurement
strategies
Design and build intuitive dashboards and visualizations using
tools like Power BI or Tableau
Required Qualifications:
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience in SQL, R, and/or Python for data preparation and
analysis
Proven track record of developing insights in HR or talent
analytics
Working knowledge of HR systems and technology (e.g., Workday, LMS,
VMS)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
