Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Operations Technician
responsible for supporting operations across the United States and
parts of Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate
records of account documentation
Coordinate with support teams for remote technical support
verifications and downtime reporting
Review existing camera locations to ensure equipment is functioning
properly and images are of high quality
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and/or one year of experience in
Operations or Remote Troubleshooting
Preferred Associate's degree in information technology, computer
science, or a related field
Preferred knowledge of computing, data troubleshooting, and network
systems
Experience in managing multiple priorities and interpreting data
for appropriate action
Preferred advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and related
applications
