Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to perform
financial analyses and support revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of financial and revenue cycle
performance to identify trends and root causes
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare summary findings for
leadership review
Develop dashboards and reports to track financial opportunities and
support special projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or
equivalent experience
Three years of relevant work experience in revenue management or
patient financial services
1-2 years of statistical analysis and hospital billing
experience
Knowledge of hospital information systems, including Epic
HFMA - Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
