Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Support Consultant II
responsible for providing expert support for Apricot clients.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in customers' use of Apricot software and
customizations
Meet regularly with customers to review open cases and issues
Document client interactions and provide coaching on Apricot best
practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
Experience with Apricot software
Proficient in SAP Business Objects Reporting
SQL knowledge and experience
Passion for human services
