Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Program Director to oversee
its wellness initiatives for seniors and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Manage the lifecycle of wellness-focused initiatives, ensuring
timely and budget-compliant delivery
Act as the primary liaison between the program team and senior
leadership, providing updates on program performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Strategic
Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or
Master's preferred
10-12 years of experience in strategic program or project
management, particularly in senior care or healthcare
Minimum 6 years of experience with program management methodologies
and tools
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and senior care best
practices
Proven experience managing large-scale program budgets and strong
financial reporting skills
