Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Copy who is experienced and
customer-obsessed, aiming to define and enhance the brand's unique
voice.
Key Responsibilities
Co-lead the internal Creative Studio, collaborating with design
leads to deliver compelling communications
Define and master the brand voice, ensuring it aligns with business
objectives
Provide leadership and mentorship to copywriters, fostering
creativity and maintaining high-quality copy across channels
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a senior copy role, managing a team of
creatives, preferably in a high-growth startup
Pre-series C experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and a
test-and-learn attitude
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and
storytelling
Proven track record of establishing processes for high-quality
execution
Player-coach mentality with a proactive approach to leadership and
project advancement
