Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Loan Officer to guide
clients through the mortgage process in the DC, Maryland, and
Virginia areas.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and
clients to drive referral volume and revenue
Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and
recommend appropriate loan products
Assist clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a high level
of client service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record
of generating leads
Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a
team
Minimum of 3 years of successful mortgage loan origination
preferred
Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
